Windsor LTC Penarth

Windsor Penarth is proud to  host Game4Padel and the first Padel court in Wales. Padel is a racket sport that combines elements of tennis, squash and badminton and is played by over 12 million people worldwide. Padel is doubles only and played outdoors and indoors.

A padel court is smaller than a tennis court (10m x 20m) and is surrounded by glass walls and steel fence. The similarities to tennis are the presence of a net, the scoring system and the balls (slightly softer). Padel bats are small so easier to manoeuvre than tennis rackets. Padel is fun, accessible and very sociable. It is an appealing game for all ages and levels of players.

Our outdoor court is located within an allocated zone at Windsor Penarth LTC and is open to the public*

Please note:

• Booking Price per player per hour: Off-Peak times - Members £3/ Non members £5, Peak-times - Members £4/ Non members £6 (Game4Padel Membership starts from £5/month and is free for full club members by request).
• Floodlights are automated and included in the cost but rackets and balls are NOT available for private play.
• See the Activities section to book any upcoming Coach-led Intro or Improver Coaching, or volunteer-led Social Padel (equipment is provided for these manned sessions)
• WhatsApp groups operate to find players for private games, please email Mark on padel@penarthwindsor.org.uk to join. 
• *The rest of the site including the tennis courts is a members club.
