Phil has over 25 years of coaching experience within the tennis industry in many various roles. Phil holds a level 4 SPC accredited + qualification and is a fully licensed R3 tennis official. 

Having worked at the prestigous Millfield School and the University of Bath, Phil has developed many national and international players who have gone on to achieve ITF, ATP & WTA rankings. 

Phil takes several players for specialist 1-2-1 training ,small group training & LTA tournaments out of Old St Mellons tennis club in Cardiff. 

Currently Phil runs the Tennis Wales +14 National training role which is based at CMU and is a part-time role. 

When required Phil hosts many school groups and adult trips with 5 Star Tennis Holidays in vale do lobo in the Algarve. As a co-founder of the brand and head of the Easter Schools programme where we host over 700 pupils for pre-season tennis tours with the support of many established british coaches to assist in the long running of this amazing model of schools tennis tours.
