Parent Terms
TERMS FOR PARENTS ON JUNIOR PROGRAMMES
1. If the HC cancels a junior group coaching session due to very poor weather then each Parent will have one session discounted from the next term of sessions. If more than one session is called off due to unplayable weather then every Parent needs to accept that is the situation of being part of an outdoor club programme.
2. All junior group coaching is expected to be paid for in advance of the new term and paid for in one block for the whole term.
3. If the child cannot attend their session then Parents are not permitted to send another sibling in replacement to that session.
4. If a client / Parent cancels a 1-2-1 session within two hours of the session time then 50% of the lesson fee is to be paid directly to the coach.
5. All juniors and adults need to be members of the respective club to receive coaching.
6. No data or emails will be shared.
