Our junior programme caters for all ages and abilities — from complete beginners picking up a racket for the first time to experienced players competing in national and international events. Our expert coaching team has a proven track record of developing players all the way to Tennis Europe and ITF title winners.

How Our Courses Work

• 39 weeks of coaching across the academic year

• Monthly Direct Debit, spread across 10 months (Sept–June)

• Automatic payment freeze in July & August

• Indoor courts, ensuring year-round sessions without weather cancellations

Extra Sessions

We also run pay-as-you-go sessions during school breaks, perfect for staying active between terms.

Our Junior Programme

Our Junior Tennis coaching is suitable for all abilities. Players are grouped by age and experience to create the ideal learning environment. Every session is delivered by an LTA-qualified, DBS-checked, First Aid trained coach in a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Red Stage (Ages 5–8) – Fun & Friendly

Turtles (Beginner)

• Ideal for children new to tennis

• Focus on movement, coordination, ball skills & basic strokes

Dolphins (Improver)

• Starting to rally with control

• Developing serving, scoring & consistent rally skills

Sharks (Intermediate)

• Rallying confidently

• Improving technique & introducing structured match play

Orange / Green Stage (Ages 8–11) – Skill & Confidence

Orange Jaguars / Green Hawks (Beginner)

• New to tennis

• Learning fundamentals & building early rally confidence

Orange Tigers / Green Falcons (Improver)

• Rallying consistently

• Improving consistency & learning match rules

Orange Lions / Green Eagles (Intermediate)

• Competent rallying

• Refining technique & applying basic match tactics

Yellow Stage (Ages 12+) – Competitive & Confident

Bronze (Beginner)

• New to the game

• Developing core strokes, footwork & rally skills

Silver (Improver)

• Rallying reliably

• Learning shot variety, control & tactical awareness

Gold (Intermediate)

• Solid technical base

• Competing with confidence using effective match strategies
