Joe Silvester - LTA Level 4 Senior Club Coach (Head Coach)
Joe did his LTA Level 3 qualification at age 18 after greatly enjoying working on a range of sessions, from performance to mini tennis, at the prestigious Manchester Northern lawn tennis club, where he grew up playing and competing from age 3! He coached there for 5 years, learning from three different level 5 performance coaches as well as studying other tennis related disciplines. In order to further his prospects, he moved to Leeds to complete a Sport Nutrition MSc. He coached for 2 years on the bursary program at the Carnegie coach education centre whilst also completing his Level 4 qualification. Joe has been head coach of Horsforth tennis club since April 19 and Pudsey TC from September 20. Pudsey now runs a thorough, popular program for juniors and adults.

Channy Woodhead - Level 2 Lead Coach
Channy, who has been playing at Pudsey for over 25 years, now combines her playing with a part-time coaching role at the tennis club. She is a retired professional footballer, winning the league and FA cup. She has also experienced coaching Tennis for Kids, summer camps, fitness sessions and Tennis Xpress. She describes her coaching as 'fun and lighthearted' and displays a desire for players to enjoy the game regardless of their tennis experience.
