If you haven't already, you should download the ClubSpark booker app on iOS orAndroid.

Sign into the app, using the same account as you use to sign into ClubSpark and then select 'Make a Booking'.

The app will automatically recognize which venues your are registered with. Click on the venue name to select which venue you would like to book a court at!

We are aware of some customers experiencing problems when attempting to book a court.  We have been in contact with ClubSpark and they have contacted their developer in an attempt to resolve the issue quickly.

If you are experiencing issues when booking via the BOOKER app we recommend booking via the ClubSpark website www.playtenniscityoflondon.com and select the site Queen’s Park.

A payment will not be taken from your account unless the court booking is confirmed. For example, a pending payment will show on your account when you use your debit card to pay for a court, it will show up straightaway in your account as a pending transaction/payment. In effect the money has been reserved, ready to be taken from the account, but it has not actually left your account yet. If the payment isn’t confirmed the monies are returned to the account balance.
