Knowing What It Takes

At this point our players know what they want and how they are going to get there, they are already familiar with the structure that supports their pathway. The level of work and commitment required is fully understood. Players are competing regularly in formal LTA competitions 

An example of the level of committment required on this stage of our pathway programme is as folllows

  • Minimum of 2 hours of Individual coaching per week
  • Minimum of 4 hours appropriate level group coaching per week
  • Strength & Conditioning Session once per week
  • 2 x hours per week self motivated training practice with agreed goals
  • PDM (Player Development Meeting) with parents every 6-8 weeks
  • Competing Regularly within formal LTA competitions
