Adult group descriptions:-

- Beginner: You are learning the basic fundamentals, technique, placement, and have no previous tennis experience.

- Improver: You have the basic techniques and are able to keep a rally going. However, you still make quite a few mistakes and you may find serving difficult.

- Matchplay: You have match experience, are fast, play effectively, and have a wide range of shots at your disposal.  

We have adult session on a Friday afternoon Beginners 12-1 pm Improver/Intermediate 1-2 pm and Matchplay coaching on a Saturday 11-12. These sessions are available to both members and non members and you can book via our coaching page,
