Coaching Class Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Our Coaching sessions will be arranged in blocks. Obviously, being in Scotland, as we all know, the weather can prove a challenge to even the best laid plans!

Whilst our courts at Rosewell Tennis Club are all weather courts, heavy rain and strong winds can make play difficult.  Therefore, and primarily for reasons of participant safety, as well as enjoyment – cancellation is, sadly, always a possibility.

Anyone booking a coaching block accepts the risk of classes being cancelled and our Head Coach will always attempt to alert attendees (or parents/guardians) in as timely a manner as possible of any class cancellation.  Players will be alerted via email through Clubspark and a notice will be put on our facebook page as soon as a decision has been made to cancel.  

Full refund of any session cancelled by the coach will be given. 

Refunds will not be made for any other reason.
