Following a meeting at The Chase Hotel in July 2018 donations have been received which, together with Gift Aid collected to date, now total in the region of £20,000.  Loan agreements for a further £22,500 have also been completed together with an interest-free loan of £10,000 from Herefordshire & Worcestershire LTA.   These funds have enabled us to start with Phase 1 of the works with the re-surfacing and re-fencing of Courts 1 and 2 and refurbishment of the Pavilion.  The level of commitment and support demonstrated by our members, also the wider community, has been most encouraging and is very useful in justifying our bids for grants and funding applications to other organisations.

We are hoping to follow with the re-surfacing of Courts 3 and 4 as soon as funds become available and we look forward to delivering a first-class Tennis Centre and Pavilion for our mutual enjoyment and of which we can all be proud.

HEREFORDSHIRE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (HCF) has kindly agreed to collect donations on our behalf and ensure that all donations are ring-fenced for this project. They will also assist us in raising matched funding.  Donations received through the Herefordshire Community Foundation may also be gift-aided which provides an additional 25% on top of any donation to our funds.  Download form here Gift Aid Declaration form
