The first A team of the 2024 summer season was played at home on Sunday 28th April.

Playing first pair were Hayley and Val, who sailed through both rubbers not dropping a set. Second pair were Jackie and Ginny – a new pairing; they won their first match and lost the second. Back from injury, Liese played with Karen. They could not manage a win, but gained valuable match experience together.

With three rubbers for each team, the result rested on the number of games won.  Ross started the summer season with a win!
