Fitness abilities
Focus on developing athleticism with dynamic on and off-court training, games and activities. We need players to bring energy to further develop their coordination, balance, speed and flexibility.
Training Drills
Training drills will cover techniques and tactics with serves & returns, rallies and volleys. Players will learn to grow many aspects of their game by fine tuning their own shots and game styles.
Recreational Competition
Here players learn to compete but in a relaxed way - the goal is focused on applying techniques to work on themselves and on their game (technique, tactics, mindset), not results. Competition can still be fun and friendly.
