Rudolph School of Tennis.
Rudolph School of Tennis fully embraces safeguarding and diversity & inclusion. We are committed to prioritising the well-being of all children and adults at risk, promoting safeguarding, diversity, and inclusion at all times, within all our courses, individual sessions, and events we run. Our policies state how we strive to minimise risk, including following safer recruitment procedures, to deliver a positive tennis experience for everyone, and respond appropriately to all concerns/disclosures.
- All groups/private lessons must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone or email.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking - no reservations will be taken without payment.
- Group lessons require a minimum of 4 players to proceed. If fewer than 4 players are registered for a group lesson, Rudolph School of Tennis reserves the right to cancel the session. In such cases, registered participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and will have the option to either receive a full refund or reschedule to a different group lesson.
- Places are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We are unable to accept replacements of players in lieu of your booking.
- If a player is unable to continue with the course mid-way through, we will not be able to issue refunds. Although we will consider special circumstances related to your absence. In this case, credit for future courses will be offered, to adults only.
- No refunds after a course has started credits are available after that date.
- Permission for children to be released and go home alone or early must be given in writing. If written permission is not received and contact cannot be made with a parent/guardian, we will keep the child until they are picked up or contact is made, you must be on time to pick up your child.
- Photographs and videos of training sessions are sometimes taken at the club for social
media/marketing purposes. If you wish to opt-out, please inform a member of the Team.
Weather Policy:
All courses/privates will aim to go ahead irrespective of the weather. Play will only stop due to heavy and continuous rain with no sign of stopping and with the courts becoming unplayable.
Our coaches will notify clients of any cancellations at least 1 hour before the scheduled session via email. If you do not receive any communication from us, please assume that the session will proceed as planned.
If a session runs over half of the designated time, the session is considered as having taken place and no credit will be issued.
The client will not be charged for weather-related cancellations and will be offered the option to reschedule the lesson.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Private Sessions:
- Clients must provide at least 36 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private lesson without incurring a charge.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 36 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a charge.
- To cancel or reschedule a lesson, clients must contact the coach.
Liability:
- Rudolph School of Tennis is not responsible for any injuries sustained during a lesson.
Clients participate at their own risk.
- Rudolph School of Tennis is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property brought to the facility.
Privacy:
By providing your email address, you consent to receive updates, newsletters, and promotional materials related to our courses. We respect your privacy and will not share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us.
Agreement to Terms
- By booking a tennis lesson, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Rudolph School of Tennis reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
