There are many opportunities to play and become involved at SLTC.  Some sessions may differ from those below, please contact the Secretary for further information. 

Monday 9.30 - 11.30 am-  Club mixed social session .  No charge.

Wednesday 3.30 - 5.00 pm - Junior social tennis (forms part of the coaching programme). 

Wednesday 7.00 -  9.30 pm - Adult social tennis - No charge.  (Some members then pop over to the Playing Field Club on Lodge Road for a drink and a chat)

Thursday 10.00 - 11.00 am - Rusty Rackets session with Paul.  Details are on the Coaching tab, charges apply.

Thursday 2.30- 4.00 pm - Ladies' social tennis, followed by tea and cake in the clubhouse.  No charge.

Thursday 4.45 - 5.45 pm - Junior Performance Squad, please refer to the coaching programme.  Charges apply.

Friday 3.45 - 7.00 pm - Various junior sessions, please refer to the coaching  programme. Charges apply.

Saturday - Courts available for general use.

Sunday - Courts available for general use. 

Please note that throughout the season other events both on and off court take place, for example the annual Open Day and planned stand alone tournaments. The club's annual closed tennis tournament is played from the start of June to mid September. Please take into consideration the weather and make your own decision about playing.

Feel free to create your own fixed fours, or singles and play at other times. The club provides the balls and you are kindly asked to use no more then four balls per court / for your match and return all balls to the clubhouse when you have finished.

The Ball Machine is available for you to use, please take care when lifting it over the step from the Clubhouse.  If you have not used it before, please contact us and we will show you how it works.  When booking a court, book the Ball Machine as well.
