New - PIckleball on Friday mornings

New - Walking Tennis starting w/c 15th April

Tues, Weds and Thursday Social mornings continue to be well attended - Start time for each session is 9am-12pm

Well done to both the Mens and Ladies league teams for the recent Winter 2023 league matches. Summer fixtures are due to start in April 2024

Wednesday and Friday cardios continue to flourish and we have recently introduced Pickleball which runs every Friday morning at the club between 10:30am-11:30am.

Junior Friday nights are buzzing with a mix of mini's and teenagers

Regular practice  sessions available for all on Thursdays - starting 6:30pm

Monday night adult improver coaching remains popular

Saturday beginners coaching continues to grow
