Tues and Thursday Social mornings continue to be well attended - Sundays could do with a boost though!

Ladies team continue their brilliant start in the Winter league, mens team are on a good run too!

Wednesday and Friday cardios continue to flourish.

Junior Friday nights are buzzing with a mix of mini's and teenagers

NEW Pickleball - runs on Fridays at 10:30am  - popular sessions so please book in advance with Sue

Regular practice available for all on Thursdays - starting 6:30pm

Saturday beginners coaching continues to grow
