Adult Coaching
As well as individual coaching, we have three squads available for adult coaching. Squads are a great way to meet other, similar abiity payers at the club. For further information, email Nick or text 07464 938383.
You don't need to be a member of SHLTC to initially join coaching squads or recieve 1:1 coaching. However, after six trial sessions, membership is required to continue.
