Storrington Lawn Tennis Club (CIC) Company Membership

(not applicable for junior, pre-teen, minis & social members)

I agree to becoming a member of the above Company and agree to be bound by the provisions of the company’s articles of association, it’s rules and by laws. In particular, I agree to guarantee the debts of the Company up to a maximum of £1 if the company is wound up whilst I am a member, and for a period of up to 12 months after my membership ends. I also agree to pay an initial subscription of £1 (which will be included in my membership fee) and, thereafter, to pay any membership fee levied in accordance with the rules of the company. Subject to my application being successful, I authorise the club to enter my name in the companies register of shareholders.
