A Diversity and Inclusion policy is essential to support tennis remaining open, accepting and accessible to all sections of society.  

Our policy outlines how we can work towards creating an inclusive environment, preventing discrimination and unacceptable language or behaviour as well as how someone can report an incident. All committee members are asked to read the policy when they join the committee; it is on our website to be easily available to members and others who may wish to read it.
