Free Park Tennis

Free social tennis is coming to King George's Playing Field, Sittingbourne.

Every first Sunday of the month you can sign up to a session, no matter your age, backgound or ability and play tennis for free.

All necessary tennis equipment is provided, including rackets. No partner ? No problem. Free Park Tennis gives you the chance to meet new people, enjoy free exercise and practice your skills, all in a one-hour session every first Sunday of the month at 10am, starting on the 2 March 2025 at King George's Playing Field.

Under 12s must be accompanied.

Welcome to parks tennis in Swale

There are severn newly-refurbished tennis courts across two parks in Sittingbourne.

The courts have a mix of new surfaces, nets, posts, fencing and access gates.

Temporary play lines will be used before all severn courts are colour sprayed in the spring when weather conditions allow.

 

The courts are managed by Swale Borough Council.
