To report street or public space issues, head to the Swale Borough Council website and Report a Problem on the homepage. These forms will help you to provide us with all the information we need to process you request.
If you do not have access to the internet, you can report issues to our contact centre. The contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm (1.30pm Fridays) on 01795 417850
If you have a problem with serious anti-social behaviour, call Kent Police on 101 or 999 in case of emergency.
