Cardio Tennis is a fun way to get fit while playing tennis. It is open to all ages and abilities. The focus of the sessions is on raising your heart rate and moving around as much as you can, all to some pumping background music. You will be doing drills on court and swinging a racket, but there is no teaching of Tennis technique. Hard and fast is the best technique when it comes to these sessions. This is a great way to get fit and have fun while you do it. The sessions are booked individually, rather than a term, so you only book on to those sessions that you can make.
