This 5 week beginner course provided an introduction to tennis covering stroke development for the three main strokes, forehand, backhand and serve. it will also look at basic movement and footwork patterns to enable you to play effectively. The course will also provide an understanding of the rules of tennis and an insight into  the tactics and strategies for the game. All enquipment can be eprovided we kindly ask that you wear clothing and footwear appropriate for playing sport and bring a drink.
