The Getting to Grip Tennis Improvers Course develops the techniques for the three main strokes, forehand, backhands and serve together with the volley's, overhead and mid court play. The sessions cover movement patterns and tactics required for both singles and doubles plays. The sessions utilises exercises, drill, games and matches play to get players familiar with the modern game of tennis .
