Holiday Camps Terms and Conditions

 

1. All players must have pre-booked and paid prior to the start of the first session. 

2. Ensure your child is dressed appropriately based on the weather conditions (hat, suncream, jackets, raincoats).

3. The child must be dropped off and collected from the tennis courts of the club. If the child is to walk home, prior permission must be given. 

4. The child must be dropped off and collected at the appropriate time based on the start and end times of the camps. 

5. For all day camps, please ensure your child has lunch and enough water for the day. 

6. The lead coaches have the right to sit a child out of a session if their behaviour is dangerous or detrimental to the session. 

7. If your child has any medical conditions, the coach should be notified before the start of the session.

8. Parents must provide an emergency contact at the time of booking. 

9. An appropriate behaviour will be expected from all participants throughout the duration of the camp. 

10. Photography consent may be requested to the legal guardian.
