• Non-members are not entitled to refunds
• Outdoor bad weather cancellations are at the discretion of Tennis World Management and they have the final decision on weather conditions
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance by calling the club on 01642 322388. Credit given is at the club's descretion.
• Please speak to a member of staff with any queries or complaints

No monies can be refunded once a child has committed to a coaching programme.
