18 Year old Rob is based at Lorton Tennis Club and works for Tenniswise running the coaching programme at Whitehaven Tennis Club. Rob is a level 3 Coach. Rob is another Coach who has a very easy personality, is very friendly and is great with kids and adults alike.

ROB'S PHILOSOPHY

I started playing tennis from the age of 6 and absolutely loved it. I trained with two great coaches, David Wise and Chris Whittle, who helped me to really develop and excel. By the age of 9 I was in the Cumbria county team and playing loads of tournaments. As I got older I began to enjoy coaching tennis more than playing and have been coaching a range of junior and adult programs for the last 2 years. At the moment I am a level 2 coach training hard to become a level 3. I really want to be there to help youngsters to get into tennis and enjoy it, carrying on from what David started.
