Thank you for your interest and visiting our club website which will provide you with all the details about our small friendly club! The tennis club is run entirely by volunteers and is a not-profit organisation.

With over 40 members as of August 2022, Thornhill Tennis club is a popular tennis club about two miles from the centre of Dewsbury. The tennis courts are nestled in a pleasant and beautifully maintained area of the grounds we share with Thornhill Cricket and Bowling Club.  

Our tennis members enjoy the use of three floodlit, all-weather tennis courts, up to four social tennis sessions every week, the opportunity to play tennis all year round. The club also benefits from free off the road car parking and has changing room facilities as well as a sports bar nearby.

How do you Get to the Tennis Courts?

We are conveniently located just off the B6117 - on the opposite side to the DOLCE VITA Restaurant and at the end of the long driveway which leads to the Cricket & Bowling Club. Please note we are not on Hall Lane.
