David and Many Weston receiving their farewell gifts from Jim Arkell. David was chairman from 2013 until 2020. He first became involved in the committee over 17 years ago, before the clubhouse and its facilities were upgraded. He will also be remembered for his BBQ skills, providing sustenance at various tournaments. His wife Mandy also helped, particularly behind the scenes, ensuring a clean and tidy clubhouse, while son Harrison could be seen wielding a paintbrush on the veranda railings during bouts of essential redecorating. We are grateful to the Weston family generally and particularly David for the time, guidance and support he has given over the years.
