Visitors

Playing visitors are welcome at the club when playing with a Club Member. The charge is £5 for Adults / £3  for Juniors, for the first 5 visits (OFF Peak Times ONLY) then we request you join us via the membership page. Off Peak is defined as 08:00 to 18:00 weekdays and after 13:00 on weekends.

If a visitor wishes to join, the fees will be deducted from an annual membership if they join the club in that subscription year.

The visitor fee  must be paid within 24 hours of playing each time either via the bar or if the bar is shut then the Vistors box located to the right hand side of the bar. To ensure fair usage of the facilities, members will be asked to strictly adhere to this rule.

Bounty for New Members

If you introduce a new Adult Member (Young Adult, Midweek, Full or Senior) then let us know and you will receive £20 on your Loyalty Card and they will receive £10 on theirs.

Accessing the Courts

You can get the code from someone at the bar, a fellow player or by contacting the Club Manager at via the contact form

Ball machines may be used Off-Peak for just one person but at all other times if more than one person.

Off-Peak is defined as:

Weekdays - 08:00-18:00

Weekends - 08:00-09:00 and after 13:00

Floodlights

You can buy light tokens from behind the bar. Each token is for 30 mins and costs £2.50. The box for the tokens is in the porch area of the clubhouse.

You must first select the court you want by pressing F1 for court 1 (the first court you come too, red euroclay), F2 for court 2 (to the left of court 1), F3 for the far red euroclay court. Court 4 (F4) is the first hard tarmac court (by the middle gate), with courts 5 &6 next to it and court 7 is by the final gate with 8 & 9 next to it.

It is important that you select the court number BEFORE putting in the token. You can put in as many tokens as you need for the booking period.

Just before the lights expire you will see a flashing blue warning light on the floodlight post - this is your chance to either dash to the club and ‘top up’ or finish up your game - you get about 5 mins from the start of the flashing light to do this. If the lights go out there will be a 10-minute delay before they can be turned on again.
