James Brobin Coaching

 

New coaching participants attending a Group Course, after the initial taster sessions, must sign up for the appropriate Club Membership. As part of the Coach Agreement with the Club.

 

Play Outside of Membership

Non-Member Access to Courts Pay & Play @ £10 per court per hour.

Non-Member 11ys & over Playing with a Member, Guest fee of £5 per person, payable at time of booking. (or use the Payment method below if not done at the 'Pay at time of booking' method).

Non-Member 10yrs & under Playing with a Member, Guest fee of £3 per person (see Payment method below as reduced cost cannot be done via the 'Pay at time of booking' method

Ad hoc Non-Member attendance at a Club Session £5 Guest fee payable on arrival (Max 3 visits)

Coaching - a Guest fee of £5 in addition to Coaching costs payable to individual coaches.

Please remember to follow the Booking Rules if using the Courts outside of coaching.

Normal Coaching Schedule

Saturday's  with James Brobin

  • 8.45-10.00am Under 14s junior academy ( £8.50 pay as you play)

  • 10.00-11.15am Over 14s junior academy (£8.50 pay as you play)

  • 11.15-12.00 Junior intermediate squad (£6.50 pay as you play)

 

Davis Cup. 

Going for every month. Put your coaching into match play.

  • The junior Davis Cup takes place on the first Saturday of every month.

  • This event is open to all junior tennis players aged 11 and over.

  • A reminder will be sent out by email in the week leading up to the event.

  • Juniors will be split into teams and represent a country just like the annual Davis cup.

  • Players with the most experience will be seeded at numbers 1 and 2 and face each other as players with less experience will be seeded at 3 and 4 etc. and will do likewise.

  • The matches will be timed and every point scored will contribute towards your team's total score.

  • There will be an annual leaderboard and the individual and team with the most points will be crowned champions.

  • There will be trophies and medals for all players that represent the winning team at the end of every year.

  • There will also be a number of team events that offer bonus points throughout each Davis cup.

Thursday Academy coaching with James Brobin

(All Academy sessions are by invite, £95 for 10 sessions every term)

  • 4-5 Under 12s Juniors academy

  • 5-6 Under 14s Junior academy

  • 6-7 Over 14s Junior academy

  • 7-8 Over 14s Junior academy

Adults Friday with James Brobin

  • 9.30-10.45 Adult intermediate ( £10.50 pay as you play)

  • 11.00-12.15 Adult advanced (£10.50 pay as you play).
