Extensions may be given, including for a final, in extreme circumstances. This will be decided by the tournament director/committee.

  • A lack of effort in organising your match could result in you or your team being scratched.

  • 1 tube of balls is deemed sufficient to complete a match however a new tube can be used if agreed by all players involved, and if agreed at the same time. If this is a Final then this needs to be agreed by the tournament committee also.

  • Leaving your match whilst still in progress, and thus deeming it as ‘incomplete’, will mean you forfeit the match and your opponent/s progress.

  • After your match, please write the result and score on the draw-sheet so potential opponents know it has been completed. And/Or forward to Elijah Eaves Bunce

  • If you lose your first round match you may be placed into a consolation/plate event.
