Benefits of Membership
Members can book courts up to 14 days in advance. Single members can book 10 x 1 hour slots in each 14 day period, for Family members this is 14 x 1 hour slots. Please cancel any bookings if you no longer plan to play so that these are available for others to book.
Members are also invited to join our club sessions which are all Free. These are informal sessions held on Mondays from 18:00 till it gets dark (April-Sept) and Saturday mornings from 09:15 to 10:45 all year (weather permitting). The sessions are open to adults and competent juniors over the age of 13. Depending on numbers, we play doubles, singles, two against one, and everyone mixes in so there is no need to arrive with a partner. There are no referees, occasionally scores are forgotten and the odd game can consist mostly of double faults. These sessions are facilitated by our coach, Clive Asprey.
We also hold a social Pickleball session on Wednesdays from 19:00 till it gets dark during Summer months.
Skill level is not important, just enthusiasm!
New Members
Special Offer.... from now until the end of March 2025 it is just £20 for family membership and £10 for single membership plus £15 joining fee
Individuals or families can sign up for annual membership for a small fee. Members get a key and can play all year round at no additional charge. New members are welcome to join at any time throughout the year but please note that the membership year runs from March to March irrespective of when you join during the year, the cost is not pro-rata. Membership entitles you to take part in the club AGM which is held annually (nibbles and drinks provided!) and stand for election to a Committee post.
There is an initial joining fee of £15 plus ongoing annual fees of £50 for families and £30 for individual members. Membership will be opened to new members (limited memberships are available for those not living in the GU24 9 xx area) from 19/03/2024.

Note: We have a limited number of memberships available for those who do not live in West End. Completing this form does not automatically qualify you for membership. If we are at capacity we will let you know and put your details on a waiting list.
Existing Members
Members who are renewing are required to complete a new form. Please complete the attached and return it to WETC@hotmail.co.uk and arrange for payment.
For those members who are not going to renew, we would like to kindly ask you to drop your old key/fob into the post box on the left of the wall by the entrance of Silver Birches, Bagshot Road, GU24 9QJ . This will help us a great deal and much appreciated as it is expensive for the club to replace both the fob and key.
