West Green Park Coaching

Our sessions at West Green Park are headed up by our two fabulous coaches Anton and Lucas Haut:

Anton Haut

Anton is an acreddited LTA level 2 Tennis Instructor. Currently a second year student studying International Business at the University of Dundee, he has been playing tennis for as long as he can remember. Anton has been inspired by his Dad who is a regular playing at the West End tennis club. He has 3 years coaching experience and loves helping players progress and develop their skills.

Lucas Haut

Lucas is also an acreddited LTA level 2 Tennis Instructor like his twin brother Anton. He has been playing tennis at West End Tennis Club in Dundee for as long as he can remember, beginning his journey as a coach there 4 years ago. He is currently in his second year studying Biomedical Science at Abertay University.

Coaching Philosophy:

The dream team at West Green Park believe that anybody should have the chance to play tennis no matter what your circumstances, whether it be your peformance junior at a club or a casual once a month player at the local park, everybody should have the opportunity to maximise thier tennis potential and enjoyment. In the words of experineced coach Kris Soutar 'everyone has their wimbledon' that could be your local club championships, your freindly hit with a friend or a national event. All players need coaching and more importantly matchplay at thier level to successfully develop, feel comfortable on court and stay in the sport. That's why our focus is to offer affordable, varied coaching that meets the needs of anyone who wants to pick up a racket. We take pride in the products we offer and believe tennis truly can be a sport for anyone if accessed in the right way. Our message is to come and give tennis a try, you won't regret it.
