Notes from the coach

This is a 90-minute class is focused on competition. There will be an focus on the physical and tactical part of tennis, finding the natural technique and tactics for each player in order to get the most out of them in a game environment. Once the players have the right technique and tactic level, players will join a tennis team in order to start competing in low-grade tournaments.
