Who can use the machine: Only full adult members (18+) or coaches who have registered, undertaken induction training and accepted these terms and conditions may use the machine.

Coaching Usage: The machine may only be operated by a trained registered coach who will be responsible for those using the machine during any individual or group coaching session (adult or junior).

Access Code:

• Only registered users will be given the storage cupboard access code
• The code must not be shared to anyone

 Weather:

• The machine must NOT be used in wet or damp conditions to prevent damage
• In the event of sudden rain - the machine must be turned off, unplugged, the machine and power supply protected and covered up
• The machine, balls, and all equipment should then be taken back to the storage cupboard and dried off. Balls should be unloaded and allowed to dry out

Care:

• Please treat the machine with respect
• Users are responsible for any damage caused due to negligence or misuse
• Please report any issues with the machine promptly to Carole Hedges (carole22hedges@outlook.com or WhatsApp 07891 381493) and do not attempt any repair.
• Basic instructions on use will be kept with the machine

Balls: Only use Spinfire pressureless balls provided by the club.

Storage:

• Ensure all equipment is returned to the storage cupboard
• Check the door is locked before leaving the club
• Return the key to the keypress, scrambling the code and shutting the weather shutter

Responsibility:

• Please be mindful of players on the adjacent court when using the machine
• The machine must not be left unattended on the court at any time
• The machine must not be removed from the club
• Use the equipment in accordance with the instructions provided

Ball Collection:

• Collect all balls at the end of your session, including any outside the court (where possible)
• Record any lost balls in your session on the sheet in the storage cupboard (so we can keep an eye on inventory)

Booking Limits: Bookings may be limited to ensure fair access for all members.

Withdrawal of machine: The club reserve the right to withdraw the use of the machine at any time, e.g. for maintenance or repair or misuse.
