Wheathampstead LTC Court Booking Policy

• Adult members can book courts for themselves and their connected juniors.
• 2 full courts (Courts 1 & 2) and 1 mini court (Court 4) are bookable by members.
• Court 3 is a priority for non-members . Non-members cannot play on Court 3 after dusk. Please take this into consideration when selecting the time slot you want to play at time of booking.
• Under 13 year olds must be supervised by an adult when on court.
• Non- members can book Court 3 via the LTA Clubspark court booking system on the Wheathampstead Tennis Club website, at £8 per hour.   If Court 3 is still available a day before booking time, then members can book it via the club website.
• No member is to book more than one court at a time.
• Court bookings are in 30 minute slots starting 8am finishing 8.30pm.
• All members can only book 2 sessions in a 7 day period except family members who can book 6 sessions in a 7 day period.
• Each session is not to exceed 90 minutes (3 x 30 min)
• Courts can be booked up to 10 days in advance starting 12 noon.
• Please vacate the court quickly when your session is over.
• Members can continue to play if the court is not booked.
• If the court is no longer needed members MUST cancel court bookings in advance so other members can book the court.
• At various times courts will be block booked for coaching, matches and club socials and will not be available for booking.

• VISITOR’S FEES

  Visitors are allowed to play up to three times at the Club (with a member) at £5 per visit - fees will be requested when you enter your guests name using the Clubspark booking system. You can then welcome your visitors to join as playing members, paying the appropriate membership fee.

• Failure to follow the booking policy may result in court bookings having to be cancelled by the committee.
• Continued abuse of the policy will result in withdrawal of members booking facility.
