WCTC Membership Terms and Conditions

Completion of online membership form constitutes agreement to be bound by the WCTC Rules and the WCTC Regulations displayed on the Club website, and may be varied from time to time. Any changes will be notified to members by email and displayed on the Club website. These rules also require members to be bound by the LTA Rules and Disciplinary Code.

Whilst the club makes every effort to ensure that the playing surfaces are safe and without obstruction, members and their guests should check carefully that the courts are free from debris of any kind and that the court surface is safe in the prevailing weather conditions both before commencing play and during play.

Members of Wickham Community Tennis Club and their guests use the club facilities at their own risk.

• Proper tennis shoes must be worn on court.
• Parents/guardians agree to supervise and to take full responsibility for the child member(s) (under the age of 11) while using the courts at WCTC at any time.
• Parents and Guardians must register any U18s living in their household using the WCTC ClubSpark site.

• Members must self-declare they will only play tennis at WCTC when I am fit and well and have none of the symptoms of an infection such as COVID.
• Members must self-declare they have not been advised by a medical professional against taking part in tennis.

• By becoming a member of WCTC you agree to abiding by these Policies.

For adults, please refer to the LTA code of conduct concerning appropriate court behaviour.

• Members are responsible for adding the names of all players to bookings, and as a member you consent to your name being visible on bookings.
• Please also make sure that you pay guest fees whenever non-members play with you.
• Non-members are expected to join if they wish to play more than occasionally at WCTC.
