URGENT CALL FOR ENTRIES FOR  WIGMORE LTC'S ANNUAL ROAD TO WIMBLEDON COMPETITION FOR BOYS AND GIRLS AGED UNDER 14

All entries should be sent to charles.hymas@hotmail.com by the CLOSING DATE OF APRIL 2021.

In your entry, could you please include the boy's or girl's name, date of birth, a contact phone number, your BTM number (if you have one), and your rating (if you have one).

Road to Wimbledon is an annual competition run by the LTA, starting with a club tournament, from which the winners go onto the Surrey county finals and, if successful at those, the national finals.

It is eligible to boys and girls who are aged 14 or under (born between January 1st 2007 and December 31 2010). Players should be rated 7.1-10.2 or un-rated.

All matches up to and including the boys' and girls' finals have to be played by the end of May

Games are the best of three sets, with a conventional tie break at the end of each set, including the final set.

Once all the entries are in, the draw will be made and some players will be seeded. You will receive details of your first round opponent from charles.hymas@hotmail.com and then it is up to each of you to organise the match within the timescale allotted.
