We play tennis!
We have 2 floodlit painted tarmac courts which are available to book by members and by the public. Our courts are wheelchair accessible, and the clubhouse is part-way there with a step free access, currently available by arrangement only, (waiting for similar locking system to front door).
Floodighting is controlled by tokens, which can be purchased from the committee, currently £2/hr. Please read further details at bottom of booking page.
We run two league teams during the summer - one playing in the Ribble League (2024 Div 3, mixed, 4 men, 4 ladies) with Tuesday as home match night, and one playing in the East Lancs League (Div 2, Ladies, 2 pairs) also with Tuesday as home match night (Thursday if there's a clash). All doubles play.

For Autumn/Winter we also have teams in Ribble Autumn League, Ladies Div 2 and Mens Div 4, plus East Lancs Winter League, indoors on Sundays at Blackburn Northern. Throughout the year we also run box leagues, fun tournaments, and hope to start single ladders. There are social play sessions on Thursday mornings (10-11:30am) and Sunday mornings (11:00-13:00) - all standards welcome, plus a Beginners/ Novice on Saturdays 2 til 4, get in touch if you'd like to come and join in. (Table tennis is an option if rain stops play!)
We also provide weekly junior and adult coaching sessions, adults starting in February, juniors in April, and junior holiday 'camps'. Check out the coaching page for further details. We are also looking to expand into walking/inclusive/teen sessions and work with local primary schools. If you would be interested in any of these, or could help deliver them, please get in touch.
