What can you expect?
Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
Notes from the coach
These cardio tennis sessions will be more fast-paced than a normal group tennis lesson. We will lead you through your favourite drills and games based on a different theme each week designed to keep you moving, hitting lots of tennis balls and having fun on court with your friends. For now, we are limited to 5 players per coach on one court. So Gareth will be leading you through these fun sessions. Please be aware that social distancing is still in place. We will set up all the activities to allow for this, clean any equipment used and there is hand sanitiser to be used before and after.
