Saturday Morning Improvers

Feeling out of practice or just new to the game?  Member or non-member, our Improvers sessions are just for you.  Fun and friendly sessions enabling you to learn some basic tennis skills and play some tennis in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Get fit and stay healthy by learning to play tennis. No experience needed for these fun and informative sessions where an LTA qualified coach will help you learn the basics to play tennis. Meet new people, learn the basics and start to play tennis.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class with a tennis workout, open to anyone of all ages and abilities. 

Cardio Tennis is good exercise from a cardio fitness perspective as well as a strenuous workout. Supported by an LTA qualified coach, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your hour long session, build up your skills and work up a sweat. Stay healthy and get fit.

Wear comfortable gym kit and trainers. You’ll be working up a sweat, so don’t forget to bring a water bottle too!

Do I need to be good at tennis? – No! Cardio Tennis is for anyone who wants to get fit and have a go at tennis. The session moves along quickly, so no one will be judging your skills and it doesn’t matter where the balls end up, that’s not the focus of the session.

Do I need to be fit? – No! Cardio Tennis is for anyone who wants to have fun getting fit.
