After around 40 years’ service to Billericay Lawn Tennis Club, Les Cambridge has retired as a Director and President of the club.  Les has been President, Chairman, Club Captain and virtually every other position within the club that you could mention. He is, without question, Mr Billericay LTC, and he is completely irreplaceable. In 2021 he was the National Runner-Up in the LTA’s Lifetime Achievement Award, a highly prestigious award. We have now named the clubhouse The Les Cambridge Pavilion in his honour and the photograph shows the new sign for the clubhouse up on the wall.
