• Club Play provides members with an opportunity to play with others in a session that suits all abilities.  Sessions are:
• Member only, mixed gender sessions
• There is no ‘turn up and play’ option, confirm in advance on a week-by-week basis
• Each session enables players to hone their skills in a friendly atmosphere

• Access to the Courts and the Key Code – There is no ‘turn up and play’ option. Courts should be booked through the online booking system on the BOOK A COURT page of the website. For more information on how to book, please see our Easy Guide to Booking Courts (Download PDF).
• An LTA username and password is required to book a court and the names of all participants in the booking must be given. 
• You will receive a Booking Confirmation notice with the access gates Key Code by email (so check your Trash and Spam folders if it is not in your Inbox)
• The Key Code to the gate lock at the courtside is changed periodically so always check the up-to-date code provided in the Confirmation notice. 
• Members can bring guests to play – Guest fees are £5 per booked session regardless of the number of guests. Payment is made in the online process when booking a court and naming the players. If you are bringing a guest(s) to an already booked session, email info@bishopscastletennis.org with the name of the guest(s) and the date you are playing.  You will then be contacted regarding payment of the fee.
• Use of the Floodlights – The floodlights are operational until 11pm every evening.  They are activated by inserting a token in the box by the entrance gate.  Tokens cost £2 and last for approximately 1 hour.  If you would like to order floodlight tokens you can pay (+ £1 for post and packaging) through our website Buy Floodlight tokens
• 3-month Taster packages – These great value packages are available throughout the year to enable new members to 'test the waters'.  Only one Taster membership can be taken in the season however, after which a Remaining Season membership will be required to continue to enjoy all the benefits of membership and avoid payment of the court hire fee.  
• Social Events - There are various Club social, fun and competition events planned throughout the year, including a Quiz; tournaments and a BBQ. Check out the EVENTS and the NEWS pages of the website.
