Please note, the club is run entirely by volunteers so please allow plenty of time with any queries. If members of the public need to cancel their court then please make sure that you cancel at least 2 hours beforehand if you want a refund. Should you require balls and rackets then please email the committee for further details.

 N.B. During the winter we only have lights on courts 1, 2 & 3 Monday to Friday up to 9 pm. If you wish to purchase tokens then please email the committee 48 hours before you need them. You will need to advise how many you want and pay upfront by BACS. Tokens are £1.50 each (half an hour). Bank details: Barclays Bank, sort code 20-60-88, account no 30979619 reference: light tokens. Once the payment has gone through the tokens will be left in a secure place in the clubhouse  (for members only). Tracy is on court every day from 3.30 pm so the clubhouse door will be unlocked. Non members will be emailed separately. 

Guests: Members can bring a guest up to 3 times at £5 per visit – after which they will be invited to join the club. Members can pay by BACS to Barclays Bank, Cary Park Tennis Club, Account No. 30979619 Sort Code. 20-60-88. Can you please reference the payment as ‘guest fee’ when making the transaction. 

Please note, all courts must be booked prior to playing as the clubhouse isn't always manned. Please remember to cancel a court if you cannot make it!
