When are the tennis courts open?

Our tennis courts are open from 7am to 9pm.

The courts don’t have any lighting – so please be aware that you'll only be able to play during daylight hours in winter.

How do I purchase a Household Membership and do I have to be a residents to join?

You can purchase a Household Membership on our membership page.

Payments are made online and the charge is £40 for one year (12 months)

And, you don’t have to be a town resident to join – everyone is welcome.

What if I only want to play once or twice?

There is an option to pay as you play for £6 per hour per court.

Simply register, book, pay for your court time – and enter the access code in your confirmation email at the gate.

How do I add members of my household to my account?

Go to your account, member info and click add member, then just enter their name/email address. If there’s any issues, please give us a call during office hours and we can help.

Once I have a Household Membership, do I still have to pay court fees?

No, all courts are free to use once you have joined. However, you will still need to book your play times.

If I have purchased a Household Membership, am I tied into a rolling contract?

No, you pay for the Household Membership (12 months) and if you want to continue your membership, you can pay for each year’s renewal.

Please note; once you have paid for a Household Membership this will last for a year (12 months) and will not be part refunded for any reason.

How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel your booking online. Out of courtesy, please cancel as soon as you know so others can play.

Courts must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of your booking to receive a refund.

If I see damage to the courts or anti-social behaviour who should I tell?

If you notice that the courts are damaged, please contact Bradford on Avon Town Council on 01225 864240 or office@bradfordonavontowncouncil.gov.uk so we can investigate.

If you witness any anti-social behaviour, you can report this to the town council using the details above. Alternatively, if there are problems outside of office hours, please contact the police on 101 or 999 in an emergency.
