Membership includes free use of three high quality tennis courts, car park, access to the Sports Pavilion for toilet facilities, and to the hall for Club Socials. There is also the opportunity to participate in all organised events and sessions. To extend playing time in the Winter all three courts are floodlit and tokens can be purchased from our Committee Member Jonathan Ritchie (£2.50 per 30-minute token), along with tennis balls at £6.00/tube.  We do ask that you use a debit or credit card to make the purchase; purchase enough tokens to see you through the winter months and give Jonathan plenty of notice of your arrival.  Please email easthoathlytennisclub@gmail.com to request the purchase of tokens and/or balls, and you will receive a reply with Jonathan's contact details.

• Members' guests are permitted to play on 10 occasions each year at a cost of £3 per visit for adults and £1 for juniors. Please click on How To Pay link below for the club's bank account details.  Please use the club members surname as a reference.  All visitors must be signed into Guests of Members sheet which can be found in the Notice Board cupboard on the side of the Sports Pavilion (combination for the lock is the same number as the combination used for the courts and floodlight boxes).
• Annual membership runs from 1st April to 30th March. If joining from 30th September onwards, the rates are adjusted so you only pay for the remainder of the membership year. 
• Access to the courts is enabled by entering a four digit number into the padlock on the gate. The code will be provided after signup, and changed annually on 1st May.
