Tennis Connect: "Breaking Isolation"

Edgbaston Archery & Lawn Tennis Society has teamed up with Sportworks, Birmingham Botanical Gardens and the National Lottery Community Fund to offer weekly activity sessions aimed at members of our local community aged 50+ who are battling isolation.

Starting on Friday 8th September, we offer a mix of general exercise and dedicated tennis coaching, followed by an hour of peaceful comtemplation in the neighbouring Birmingham Botanical Gardens to promote mental health and wellbeing.

Anyone aged 50+ and living on their own is welcome to get involved. The sessions run weekly during term time. Please contact Neil Glasspool on ealtssecretary@gmail.com for further information and to book your place.
