HALE Lawn Tennis Club
Nine all-weather courts - three Lano grand clay courts (all with floodlights) and six advantage pro artificial grass courts, of which two are floodlit
Planning pending for more courts to be floodlit.
All courts have been re-laid within the last six years
A comfortable clubhouse, with seating and outside terrace with court views. Well stocked bar and kitchen. Changing rooms and shower facilities

Summer (6 players)
11 Teams in the Summer 6 players NECLTL & 1 Mens Team in South Manchester
5 Ladies Teams - Premier, 1st, 4th, 5th & 9th Divisions
6 Men's Teams - 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 8th Division
SWMLTL - 4th Division
Winter (Mixed Tennis 4 players)
5 teams in the East Cheshire Winter League
1st, 3rd, 9th, 10th & 15th Divisions
A range of competitive teams to suit all levels of tennis abilities - fun, social but competitive.
NOTE: The Premier League/Division 1 in Winter is for advanced level players only.
Hale LTC have teams competing in the LTA National League.
2024 and 2025 - Hale LTC won the Ladies Cheshire Shield .
2022 the Ladies Premier Team won the inaugural Cheshire Champions League then again in 2023
The ladies have been in the top 3 places of the NECTL Premier Division; 1st place in 2021 & 2nd in 2023. & 2024 and 3rd in 2025

HISTORY OF THE CLUB
Hale Lawn Tennis Club is over 100 years old.
The club is indebted to the hard work of members and the committee, who for over 10 decades have contributed to the success, that is Hale LTC today.
Hale LTC is an extremely popular tennis club in the North West, with a lovely atmosphere and with our groundsman, Nigel, making sure the grounds are beautiful and courts are in good condition.
Someone is usually, on site, so there will always be a friendly face to answer any questions or to offer help if required.
