 Handicap Events

Rolling Handicap - Best of 3 sets if the score reaches 5 all, 1 more game played to determine a win. 

Both set of players begin the match at love-all.

The pair that wins the first game, starts the following game, (the 2nd game), at  -15, serving from the left-hand court.

If the same pair win the following game, they start the 3rd game at -30. (-30 is as high as the handicap CAN be.) serving from the right-hand court

If the same pair continue to win the consecutive games (4th – 5th games, they stay at -30, in all following games, until they lose a game. 

IF the pair with -30 lose a game they start the following game at -15.

Then, if the same pair at -15, lose the next game, both pairs, revert back to ‘love all’ and the process continues as previously described. 

‘Wins mean a minus in the next game up to-30’.

End of the set, its back to ‘Love All’, for start of the next set.

No-Ad scoring method:

At every deuce, there will be only one deciding point (sudden death) to be played to determine the winner of the game.

The receiver decides to which service court this last point is to be played. Right-hand or left-hand court. UNLESS mixed doubles when men serve to men and ladies serve to ladies.

Is The ball being. It, “IN or OUT”? 

In the final when there will be umpires – all other matches the players must be fair-minded in their scoring and any point debated by all 4 players, with no definitive agreement as being “in/out”, must be replayed.
