Drills 4 Skills: Honing Your Skills - Monday 7pm - 90 minute sessions

Our signature "Drills 4 Skills" sessions focus on refining specific aspects of your game. These coach-led sessions isolate key techniques and provide realistic practice situations to build better decision making and improve consistency. Whether you're looking to improve your serve, refine your groundstrokes, or master volleying, "Drills 4 Skills" will provide the targeted practice you need.

Each session costs are £7.50 for members and £9 for non members.

Solid Basics: Building a Strong Foundation - Saturday 1:30pm - 90 minute session

For those new to tennis or returning after a break, our "Solid Basics" program is the perfect starting point. These sessions emphasize the fundamentals, from grip and stance to basic strokes and court positioning. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the essentials, ensuring you develop a solid base for your game.

Cardio Tennis: Fitness and Fun on the Court - Monday at 6pm - 1 hour session.

Looking for a fun and effective way to get fit? Our Cardio Tennis sessions combine tennis drills with heart-pumping exercises, providing a full-body workout while improving your tennis skills. It's a great way to burn calories, improve your agility, and enjoy the social aspect of group fitness.

Each session costs are £6 for members and £7.50 for non members.

Tennis Xpress: Get into the Game Quickly - Starting 12:30 Saturday 6th September.

Tennis Xpress is a fast and fun way for adults to learn tennis. The 6 week program costing just £36 focuses on simplified techniques and game situations, allowing you to quickly develop the skills and confidence to play. It's ideal for beginners or those returning to the game after a long break.

Each session is 1 hour with a further 30 minutes available for social play. All equipment provided if required.
